What ClassPe does not do (today)
- It is not a learning platform: no online classes, courses or exams.
- It does not hold your fee money. Payments go to your own UPI or bank account and you record them in ClassPe.
- Parents do not log in. They receive WhatsApp messages and, if you include one, a payment link.
- WhatsApp messages are written for you and sent with one tap from your own WhatsApp, not blasted automatically.
- It is not accounting software.
Frequently asked questions
Can ClassPe handle monthly, quarterly and yearly gym plans?
Yes. Each plan has its own fee and cycle, a member is charged on their own date, and anyone overdue appears in a list with a WhatsApp reminder ready to send.
Can I add members who are already part-way through a plan?
Yes. Enter the member with the renewal date from your register and the next subscription is raised on that date, not on the day you typed them in.
Can a member be on two plans at once?
Not today. A member is on one plan at a time, so a class and a membership are set up as separate plans and a member moves between them.
Does it control the door or take check-ins by QR code or fingerprint?
No. ClassPe does not integrate with turnstiles, biometric devices or QR check-in. Staff mark attendance for classes, and a plain membership has no attendance to mark.
Does it take online class bookings?
No. ClassPe tracks plans, attendance and fees. It is not a booking or calendar tool.
How much does it cost?
Starter is ₹499 a month and Pro is ₹1,999 a month for the whole gym, after a free trial with no card.
