1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClassPe' services, including our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Account and Subscription

To use ClassPe, your institute must create an account and choose a subscription plan. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your account information updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your institute's account

3. Your Data

Student, staff, attendance and fee records you enter into ClassPe belong to your institute. We act as a data processor on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data, including data relating to minors enrolled at your institute.

4. Subscription Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance according to the plan you select. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of access to your account.

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClassPe only for lawful institute-management purposes, and not to attempt to access data belonging to another institute's account, disrupt the Services, or use the Services to send unsolicited communications.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep ClassPe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify features of the Services at our discretion to improve them, and will notify you of significant changes that affect how you use your account.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or non-payment. On cancellation, you may export your institute's data before it is removed from our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClassPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other communication channels.
